Olleco site in Southampton could be demolished for 173 student flats
A SOUTHAMPTON factory could be demolished to make way for more than 170 student flats. Plans to build a part six-storey and part 13-storey building in Royal Crescent Road have been unveiled. The site near Central Bridge is currently occupied by a cooking oil processing plant operated by Olleco. But it could be turned into 173 flats which will provide accommodation for 506 students.
